If you see a "Wi-Fi not connecting" error message in the Bark Kids app, or if the Bark Sync is offline in your parent app but should be online, it's an easy fix.
Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on.
When the Bark Sync is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the LED light will be blinking blue.
Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.
On your child's device, open the
Bark Kids app.
Tap the Sync tab.
Tap the connection error to get reconnected.
Now, the Bark Sync's LED light should be solid blue.
That's it! Going forward, the Bark Sync will remember the Wi-Fi network and be able to automatically monitor your child's iOS device when it's charging.
