Bark Sync can't connect to Wi-Fi

A blinking blue LED means the Bark Sync lost its Wi-Fi connection — plugging in your child's device and tapping the error in the Bark Kids app will reconnect it.

If you see a "Wi-Fi not connecting" error in the Bark Kids app, or the Bark Sync shows as offline in your parent app, here's how to fix it:

  1. Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on.

  2. When the Bark Sync is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the LED light will be blinking blue.

  3. Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.

  4. On your child's device, open the Bark Kids icon Bark Kids app.

  5. Tap the Sync tab.

  6. Tap the connection error to get reconnected.

  7. Now, the Bark Sync's LED light should be solid blue.

That's it! Going forward, the Bark Sync will remember the Wi-Fi network and be able to automatically monitor your child's iOS device when it's charging.
