Bark Sync has poor Wi-Fi connectivity

Place the Bark Sync closer to your router and check the signal strength in the Bark Kids app.

If you see an alert about poor Wi-Fi connectivity on the Bark Sync, it may have been a temporary issue that's already resolved.

Here's how to check and improve the signal strength:

  1. Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on and has a solid blue LED light.

  2. Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.

  3. On your child's device, open the Bark Kids icon Bark Kids app.

  4. Tap the Sync tab.

  5. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength shown at the top.

  6. If it's still got a low signal, move it to a power outlet closer to your router, and keep it away from thick metal walls and appliances.
