If you see an error message or alert about the Bark Sync having poor Wi-Fi connectivity, there's no need to panic. It's possible it was a temporary issue that has since resolved.

Next time you plug in the child's iOS device into the Bark Sync, check the Wi-Fi signal strength:

  1. Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on and has a solid blue LED light.

  2. Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.

  3. On your child's device, open the bark kids app - white dog - multicolor background.png Bark Kids app.

  4. Tap the Sync tab.

  5. At the top, you'll see the Wi-Fi signal strength of the Bark Sync.

  6. If it's still got a low signal, here are some tips for improving it:

    • Move it to a power outlet closer to your router.

    • Keep it away from thick metal walls and appliances.
