If your child's iOS device can't connect to the internet when it's plugged into the Bark Sync, it means that the Bark Sync is not connected to Wi-Fi. It's a quick fix with these steps:
If you haven't set up the Bark Sync yet
Unplug your child's iOS device from the Bark Sync.
Follow the Bark Sync setup guide.
After setup, your child's device will have internet access when plugged into the Bark Sync!
If you already set up the Bark Sync
Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on.
When the Bark Sync is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the LED light will be blinking blue.
Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.
On your child's device, open the
Bark Kids app.
Tap the Sync tab.
Tap the connection error to get reconnected.
Now, the Bark Sync's LED light should be solid blue.
That's it! Going forward, your child's device will still have internet access when plugged into the Bark Sync.
