If your child's Bark Watch is unable to install the latest firmware update, here's what to do:
On your child's watch, open Settings > Wi-Fi.
Make sure it's connected to Wi-Fi.
Then, go to Settings > Updates.
Try to update the firmware again.
Still not working?
Open Settings > About Watch.
Contact us with the IMEI and build number (a picture is ok!) of your child's watch.
