Sometimes updating the software on your child's phone or tablet can fix this. Here's how:
On your kid's phone or tablet, open the ⚙ Settings app.
Tap Software Update.
(If you cannot find it, tap the 🔎 magnifying glass to search for it.)Check for updates and install any that are available.
Go back to the
Play Store and search for the app again.
If it still shows the same error, the app doesn't support your child's device.
