If the Google Play Store is missing from your child's Bark Phone, try these fixes:
Enable the App Store from your parent app or dashboard.
If your child's Bark Phone is on the Starter plan, the Play Store is not included. Upgrade your plan to give your child access to the App Store.
Wait a few minutes for changes to take effect. Restarting the phone and connecting to Wi-Fi can help speed things up.
Play Store is still missing?
Unlock your kid's Bark Phone and swipe up to view all apps.
Tap the three dots on the top right > Sort.
Tap Sort alphabetically. You should see the Play Store now! It may be under a Google folder.
If it's still not there, try this:
Open the Settings app.
Tap Apps.
Tap Google Play Store.
Tap Open or Enable.
