Check if you subscribed to Bark through Apple/iOS
Open up your Bark parent app / dashboard.
Tap
Account.
Scroll down to Billing.
If you see Manage Apple subscription, you subscribed to Bark through Apple/iOS.
Manage or cancel your Apple subscription to Bark on your iPhone or iPad.
To request a refund, you'd do so via reportaproblem.apple.com.

What makes Apple Subscriptions different?
When you sign up for Bark through Apple Subscriptions, Apple handles the billing for your free trial and subscription. Unfortunately, we don't have control over that billing process. This means we can't cancel Bark accounts or make changes to payments for Apple Subscriptions.
Instead, you'd manage or cancel your Apple subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. If requesting a refund, you'd do so via reportaproblem.apple.com.
