You can tell if a Bark Phone or Watch is turned off with this guide!
Open up your parent app / dashboard.
If you see Off under your child's profile, the Bark Phone or Bark Watch is turned off.
You can also see the last time we'd heard from the device by clicking into their profile > Devices.
