Bluetooth on the Bark Watch is for audio, like pairing headphones. It cannot be used to send photos or videos to another device. What that means for your child depends on the model.

The Samsung model has no camera, so there are no photos or videos your child takes on the watch to share. Photos and videos your child receives by text are also not able to be shared by Bluetooth.

The Schok model has a camera, but it cannot send photos or videos over Bluetooth. If your child tries, they may see a blank screen with a spinning circle.
To move photos or videos off the watch, send them by text instead.
