How to Pause
Pause is our remote lock feature. Here's how to use it!
Open up your parent app / dashboard.
Under your child's name, tap ⏸ Pause.
Choose how long you'd like to pause the phone or turn it on indefinitely.
Wait a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
When the Bark Phone is paused...
All apps get grayed out.
The phone app remains available for emergencies.
Non-essential internet use is blocked.
Their avatar in Bark shows a
pause icon.
If contact approval is enabled, only emergency contacts can be called.
How to Undo
To un-pause the phone do these steps again.
