If you have trouble with the Bark parent app on your iPhone or iPad, you can use the Bark website instead and bookmark it on your home screen for easy access.
On your iPhone or iPad, open a browser and visit bark.us.
Tap the bookmark icon seen below:
Tap Add to home screen:
Name it Bark (or something you'll find easy to remember).
Tap Add.
āYou'll now see a shortcut on your home screen that works like an app.
