If you get an error from Samsung's new Auto Blocker feature saying the Bark Kids app is an unknown app that was prevented from being installed, there is no need to be alarmed. The Bark Kids app is perfectly safe! But you will have to do these steps to install the app:

Does the error specifically mention the Auto Blocker setting?
- If so, go to Settings > Security and privacy > Auto Blocker > turn it off.
- If you see a different error, follow the instructions in this guide.

Can't find the Auto Blocker setting? We've found that setting gets hidden once signed in with a Google account and Samsung account.
- On your child's device, go to Settings.
- Tap Accounts.
- Sign out of the Samsung and Google accounts.
- Then, go to Settings > Security and privacy > Auto Blocker > and now you should see the option to turn it off.
