Bark no longer accepts PayPal for new subscriptions, but we do still support customers who set up PayPal as their payment method in the past. Should you need to update your payment information for Bark or review your payment history, see here.
Sometimes, Bark Support may ask for the PayPal transaction ID to find your Bark account. Follow the steps below to find your transaction ID for PayPal.
STEP 1: Log into your PayPal account.
STEP 2: Click Activity near the top of the page to see your most recent account activities.
STEP 3: Search for required transaction. It will be from Bark US.
STEP 4: Click the transaction to bring up payment details including your transaction ID (it's a 17-character string made up of both letters and numbers).
Alternatively, you can contact Paypal.com to request your transaction ID.
