A Bark Super Admin may wish to review a web browsing report for the network due to troubleshooting an unexpected block, ensuring new filter rules are acting as expected, or maintenance (by seeing the top blocked sites accessed by students).

With the DNS Web Filter, the super admin of Bark for Schools can view the web browsing activity on the network by doing the following:

STEP 1: Click on Web Filtering Reports in your Bark dashboard drop-down menu.

STEP 2: Select the DNS filter you're interested in.

At the top, you'll see a summary of the web traffic requests processed. If you notice it has gone down to 0, check your configuration. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

STEP 3: Scroll down to the IP Addresses section and select the IP Address you're interested in.

STEP 4: Scroll down to see the latest web browsing activity going through that IP on the network:

If you notice that a domain is miscategorized, click on the category to suggest a new category for it. This will go straight to our team for review! In the meantime, add that domain to your DNS filter exceptions.
